Exchange / Return Policy for Vintage:

At this time we are unable to accept returns for vintage. Due to their vintage nature, they may come with some wear from being loved by their previous owner. For this reason, please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have an inquiry about your order please email: shop@roam-vintage.com

 

Exchange / Return Policy for In House Collection:

We do accept unworn, unwashed, In House Collection pieces for exchange or store credit within a 14 day window. Because these pieces are made in small batches, we may not have the stock availability to exchange sizes, in which case we an only offer store credit. If you have an inquiry about your order please email: shop@roam-vintage.com

 

Shipping:

Due to Covid-19 please allow for longer delivery time.

Free shipping on orders of $200 and up in the USA.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipping label is created.

Roam Vintage is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your package. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt.

 

Orfeo Collection:

Please note that our jewelry is made to order. As each piece is cast in small batches and hand-finished, it may take up to 6 weeks for it to ship. If you need it sooner email us and we will do our best to expedite the process.

 

Item Care:

We find the the best way to preserve the life of most vintage items is to wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang dry.
